Hourly Billing
This support model is best-suited for customers who have occasional need for support with their PowerPoint tasks. We charge an hourly fee without any long-term obligations. Normally, the turnaround time for a presentation is 2 days, but will vary depending on the volume of work and on how time-sensitive the document is. Usually, medical practitioners, college faculty, budding entrepreneurs, project managers, etc. opt for this support model. Most of our customers who switched to Dedicated Support model began our business association with Hourly Billing model. We offer weekend support too, for which booking needs to be made at least 2 days in advance. All weekend jobs will be billed for a minimum of 8 hours.

Dedicated Support
This is the support model of choice to most of our customers. We operate as an extension of your own team during our business hours. The associates assigned to your Project will be working excusively for you and will not be working on any other client engagements. You also have the flexibility of getting weekend support and ad-hoc support for unexpected high volumes of work on occasions where your dedicated resource is unable to handle the volume. This engagement model is preferred by Management Consulting Firms, Investment Banks, Freelance Project Managers, Investment Advisors, Market Analysis Firms, Hedge Fund Managers, Private Equity Firms and Training Organizations.

Fixed-fee Model
This support model is for customers who have got hundreds or thousands of slides to be produced/converted and are not sure on how much time it would take to complete the task. We provide highly competitive pricing if the volume of work exceeds 1,000 slides. This model ensures that you stay within your budget and timeline for the conversion/upgrade. Fixed-fee model is used mainly by companies that have undergone a brand refresh and would like to get all their old and existing decks updated as per their latest branding guidelines. This model is also used by Training Organizations when the standards they follow get upgraded - like upgrade of documents for ITIL, PMBOK, etc.
