Hourly Billing
Pay only for the hours you use. No retainer, no minimum commitment. Ideal for teams with occasional slide production needs — a pitchbook that needs reformatting, a deck that needs visual enhancement, or a PDF that needs to be recreated in PowerPoint. Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours. Weekend support available with 2 days' advance booking, minimum 8 hours billed.
This support model is best-suited for customers who have an occasional need for presentation support. We charge an hourly fee without any long-term obligations. Turnaround time is typically 2 days but varies by volume and urgency. Medical practitioners, college faculty, entrepreneurs, and project managers commonly start with this model. Most customers who switch to Dedicated Support begin here.
