The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon between the client and Presentation Depot prior to commencement of work.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

4.2 Client Deliverables
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables (presentation files, designs, and documents created specifically for the client) transfers to the client. Presentation Depot retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable design elements, layouts, and techniques as part of its general design practice.
4.3 Client-Supplied Materials
By submitting content, files, or materials to us for use in a project, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
5. Payments and Fees
Pricing for services is as set out in our pricing schedule or as agreed in writing prior to project commencement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment conditions, will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable except where expressly agreed in writing. GST or other applicable taxes will be added to invoices where required by law.
6. Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines are estimates based on the scope of work agreed at project commencement. Standard delivery is 48–72 hours for most requests. Revision rounds included in the project scope are specified in the engagement agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at the applicable hourly rate. We are not liable for delays caused by late receipt of client materials, feedback, or approvals.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged in the course of the engagement. Presentation Depot will not disclose client content, business information, or project details to any unauthorised third party. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Presentation Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the date of the claim.
